4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical specifications created by Shivganga Engineering Works remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
